Cancellation policy

(if not declared differently in the booking confirmation)

• until 28 days prior to arrival: free of charge cancellation possible
• 27 – 21 days prior to arrival: 30% of the confirmed amount will be charged
• 20 – 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the confirmed amount will be charged
• 13 - 7 days prior to arrival: 60% of the confirmed amount will be charged
• 6 – 1 day prior to arrival: 80% of the confirmed amount will be charged
• Cancellation on the day of arrival or No-Show will be charged with 80% of the confirmed amount
• The cancellation terms are valid for individual reservations only. For group bookings only the contracted terms and conditions apply.
